Frasers Property Thailand (FPT) is hosting the ninth After Work Market under the concept ‘Alert Ventures: Always be Ready!’ this December. In line with the company’s purpose of -- Inspiring experiences, creating places for good -- the event, with experiential activities and exhibitions, serves to encourage urban dwellers to recognise the value of life and the environment, while raising awareness and readiness to navigate change and uncertain circumstances.

With After Work Market, the well-received after-work lifestyle event, Frasers Property Thailand continues to deliver year-end experiences and happiness to urban communities in the vicinity of Park Ventures Ecoplex.

This year's event has its theme of ‘Alert Ventures: Always be Ready!’, highlighting the need for mindful living, personal wellness and resilience to be ready to cope with uncertainties amid today's global challenges such as climate change, natural disasters, and other stresses from urban life. Blending education with relaxation, the event provides opportunities for attendees to learn, understand and raise awareness of environmental and disaster-related issues through experiential activities and mini exhibitions, all set within a casual evening atmosphere after work, complemented by food stalls, beverages, and live music from various artists.

The event features mini exhibitions that tell the stories of disasters once perceived as distant concerns for urban dwellers, but now occurring with increasing frequency. The exhibitions are designed to be easily understood and accessible to all ages, with an emphasis on active participation by the audience to encourage hands-on learning applicable to daily life. One of the key highlights is the Quake Chair, which simulates earthquake events through realistic vibrations, allowing participants to experience the sensation of an earthquake, while learning correct and safe emergency response procedures. Meanwhile, the Pouring Gate water curtain zone provides practical information on storm and flood preparedness, while simulating storm conditions that illustrates the higher impact of unpredictable weather patterns on daily life.

Beyond its educational focus, After Work Market continues to serve as a relaxing after-work space to recharge and relieve stress. The event brings together a diverse selection of food and beverage vendors, carefully curated to appeal to working professionals, and features mini concerts by well-known local artistes including GunCharlie, Freehand, Whal & Dolph, Purpeech, and Yourmood, to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Over the past nine years, After Work Market has continually evolved its concepts and themes to reflect Frasers Property Thailand’s approach to enliven and improve urban living by creating spaces that are inclusive to all as well as contribute to the environment and highlight sustainability issues. This approach also aligns with the core philosophy of Park Ventures Ecoplex, an office building managed by Golden Ventures Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (GVREIT). The building was designed and constructed with strong environmental considerations, including energy reduction through intelligent building management systems, the integration of green spaces, and the promotion of occupants’ health and wellbeing through indoor air quality monitoring systems.Park Ventures Ecoplex is Thailand’s first commercial building to receive LEED Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

After Work Market will be held from 15–19 December 2025, from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, at Park Ventures Ecoplex.
