Mr. Thanarat Boonyakosol, Managing Director of FPCAMT, said, “The Trust recorded an average occupancy rate of 84% this quarter. The performance comes amid easing pressures from new office supply, and tenant demand is showing clearer signs of recovery.”
To maintain the long-term competitiveness of its office portfolio, the REIT Manager has outlined three core approaches:
Additionally, the REIT Manager maintains ongoing communication with tenants to gauge satisfaction and understand their evolving requirements, enabling continued improvements in service delivery and building operations. This approach reflects the perception shift of office buildings beyond just leasable space into holistic workplace environments that impact business performance, employee well-being, and talent attraction efforts.
“While physical standards and building quality continue to be essential requirements, companies are increasingly looking for a superior tenant experience in their leasing decisions. That is why the Trust is focused on consistent service excellence, understanding tenants' needs, and long-term tenant care to drive asset and leasing performance and deliver long-term value for unitholders,” Mr. Thanarat concluded.
