GVREIT sustains performance in 2Q FY2026 with stable occupancy rate, declares THB 0.1946 dividend

BANGKOK, 14 MAY 2026

Frasers Property Commercial Asset Management (Thailand) Company Limited (“FPCAMT”), as the REIT Manager of Golden Ventures Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (“GVREIT”), has announced its operating results for the second quarter of FY2026 (January – March 2026). The Trust reported total revenue of TH 296.66 million, maintaining a robust portfolio with stable occupancy levels at both Park Ventures Ecoplex and Sathorn Square, with an average occupancy rate of 84%.

 

Based on these results, GVREIT is set to distribute a second-quarter dividend of THB 0.1946 per trust unit, scheduled for payment on 11 June 2026.

 

Mr Thanarat Boonyakosol, Managing Director of FPCAMT, stated, The Trust has maintained solid operating performance amid a highly competitive office market environment as new supply continues to enter the market. Demand remains strong for quality assets in prime locations. In this respect, the Trust, with well-located CBD assets and a proactive asset management strategy, is well-positioned to retain its strong tenant base and maintain stable cash flow.

 

“GVREIT maintains a disciplined approach to operations while closely monitoring economic conditions and market trends to sustain its competitive position. At the same time, the Trust places strong emphasis on maintaining strong tenant relationships, prudent cost management, and high building management standards to accommodate the diverse needs of its tenants. The Trust remains committed to delivering consistent and appropriate returns to trust unitholders over the long term.” Mr Thanarat concluded.
