TPARK inks Power Buy to develop built- to-suit warehouse in Bangplee as its largest distribution center in Asia

Bangkok – TPARK, the total solution provider for logistics property, recently signed Power Buy, Thailand’s leading retailer of electrical appliances, as tenant of a built-to-suit warehouse in TPARK Bangplee. Boasting an area of 34,300 square meter with a long-term leasehold of 12 years, this warehouse was developed to meet Power Buy’s requirements and specifications. As the largest distribution center of Power Buy in Asia, Power Buy plans to consolidate its warehouses in to this distribution center and used as its logistics and distribution hub to over 96 stores nationwide. The signing was represented by Mr. Sopon Racharaksa (middle right), President of TICON as the shareholder of TICON Logistics Park Co., Ltd. (TPARK), and Mr. Laurent Pauze (middle left), President of Power Buy Co., Ltd. at The Bangkok Club, 29th Floor, Sathorn City Tower.

TPARK was entrusted by Power Buy as a partner given its strong confidence in TPARK’s capability and expertise to develop an international standard of industrial property that meets specific requirement for functional design, space management and operational efficiency. Furthermore, this facility will be able to support Power Buy’s long-term business growth. TPARK Bangplee is strategically located in the main warehouse and logistics areas of the country on Bangna-Trad Road Km. 19 in Samut Prakan. TPARK, as a leading developer of high quality logistics facilities and also a member of TICON Group, has developed and managed the warehouses in this area of more than 375,279 square meters.
