Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited or FPT (formerly known as TICON), the leading provider of a smart integrated real estate platform, recently held its Opportunity Day at the Stock Exchange of Thailand to provide an overview of its business performance in the first half of fiscal year 2019 to investors. Led by Mr. Sopon Racharaksa (middle), President of FPT, the event announced FPT’s financial highlights in Q2/FY2019, including total revenue of 565 million baht and net profit of 80 million baht, which brought the company’s half-year revenue to 3,143 million baht and the net profit to 763 million baht. These achievements were attributable to strong take up of logistics park warehouses, continuous expansions of the customer base and stronger value proposition to the customers through strategic partnerships. FPT also announced that it is preparing to launch a conditional voluntary tender offer (VTO) for issued securities of Golden Land following a unanimous approval at FPT’s extraordinary general meeting of shareholders recently. Moreover, the company unveiled its business strategy to drive continued growth in the second-half year.
