Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) Company Limited received the Industrial Development of the Year - Thailand Award at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2022 for demonstrating innovation in the development of Central Retail’s Omnichannel Distribution Center recently completed.

Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) Company Limited (“FPIT”), Thailand’s leading industrial property developer and a business unit of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“FPT”), announced its latest achievement of winning the Industrial Development of the Year - Thailand Award at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2022. This is an international award granted to market leaders in the real estate industry that demonstrate outstanding innovation. FPIT was recognized for its development of Central Retail's Omnichannel Distribution Center, which is a large scale Built-to-Suit (BTS) facility boasting an area of up to 76,314 square meters and is the first Omnichannel facility for the tenant in Thailand.
This award reflects Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand)'s expertise and distinctive competencies in innovative building design, which resonates with its customer-centric ethos fulfilling the needs of customers. The futuristic Omnichannel Distribution Center project developed for Central Retail, located in Frasers Property Logistics Center Bangplee cluster, is considered a significant piece of work that exports Thailand’s industrial real estate standards to the global arena.
Central Retail aims at leveraging the Omnichannel Distribution Center as a hub for logistics operations and distribution of diverse product categories and optimizing its performance to support the consistent growth of online shopping trends. In addition, the project actualizes Central Retail's sustainability actions with a concept of distribution center design that considers wellness lifestyle for the on-site employees and friendliness to the environmental surroundings. On top of being built to LEED certified ‘Green Building’ standards, the project is outstanding with respect to both design and complete facilities such as modern office space, running track and multipurpose court, to enhance the quality of life for the customer’s employees.
