WiredScore is a global certification organization that recognizes buildings with future-proof technology infrastructure and best-in-class digital connectivity.

WiredScore, which serves as a digital connectivity standard analyzer, has recently expanded its presence to Thailand. Frasers Property Commercial (Thailand) has taken the lead by seeking certification for three of its grade A office buildings. Among these buildings, Park Ventures Ecoplex achieved the highest level of certification, the Platinum standard, while FYI Center and Samyan Mitrtown received the Gold standard, despite having been fully developed for 6 to 11 years. This serves as a testament to the company's leadership in constructing buildings that cater to the needs and preferences of tenants and users. Despite changes or advancements in technology and behavior, these buildings remain up-to-date and possess adaptable and robust infrastructure. As such, tenants and building users can trust in Frasers Property Commercial (Thailand)'s extensive experience and expertise in the field of building development. Additionally, WiredScore evaluations are currently underway for the buildings at Sathorn Square and Silom Edge with the results expected to be announced by end of 2023.
To achieve WiredScore certification, all three buildings underwent a comprehensive evaluation process that assessed their performance in four key categories: connectivity, readiness, infrastructure, and innovation. The certification confirms that FPCT's tenants and users can expect to receive top-of-the-line, resilient, and flexible digital services that are fully prepared for the future.
