Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, or "FPT," announced the appointment of Mr. Peerapat Srisukont as Acting Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd., one of Frasers Property Thailand’s three core businesses. Mr. Peerapat succeeded the role previously held by Mr. Sopon Racharaksa, who had left his previous position to lead the growth and expansion for Thai Beverage Public Company Limited's logistics business in the ASEAN region.
Mr. Thanapol Sirithanachai, Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, said: “With years of experience in senior executive roles, Mr. Peerapat has gained tremendous experience in industrial real estate with the potential to demonstrate further leadership. The board of directors has placed its trust in the Acting Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand), believing that his expertise in factory and warehouse management, as well as real estate investment trusts, will enable the continued growth of Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) 's portfolio by expanding its total assets under management (AUM) to 4 million sq.m. while further enhancing the company‘s position as the leader in green industrial real estate.”
Prior to taking on his new role, Mr. Peerapat held a range of high-level management positions with Frasers Property Thailand for nearly two decades. His most recent role was as First Executive Vice President of Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) from 2021 to 2023, and he previously served as Managing Director of Frasers Property Industrial REIT Management (Thailand) Company Limited from 2016 to 2021.
