On 16 June 2022, Samyan Mitrtown has been recognized by the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) for its efficient energy savings efforts in the Shopping Mall category at 2021 MEA Energy Awards. With this latest award accorded by MEA, Samyan Mitrtown has to date achieved five certifications on both local and international platforms; (1) MEA Energy Awards 2021 in the Shopping Mall category by the Metropolitan Electricity Authority, (2) Thailand Energy Awards 2021 by the Ministry of Energy, (3) ASEAN Energy Awards 2021 by ASEAN Centre for Energy, (4) LEED Gold by the U.S. Green Building Council, and (5) Asia Pacific Property Awards 2020-2021 in the Mixed-Use Development category by the International Property Awards.
