Frasers Property Commercial (Thailand), or “FPCT”, and Frasers Property Commercial Asset Management (Thailand), or “FPCAMT”, manager of the Golden Ventures Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (GVREIT), received four awards from the “BSA Building Safety Awards 2022”. Organised by the Building Inspectors Association and sponsored by the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning, the awards recognise building safety in real estate. These awards reiterate the company’s purpose on developing and managing safe, inclusive and sustainable spaces that deliver lasting value for people, businesses, and communities, while imprinting memorable customer experiences and elevating quality of life.
The BSA Building Safety Awards that Frasers Property Commercial (Thailand) received this time comprise of four Platinum-level awards in the highrise/skyscraper category, which are the Park Ventures Ecoplex, Sathorn Square Office Tower, FYI Center, and Mitrtown Office Tower. Criteria for the awards included building monitoring, capability, safety, fire hazard management and equipment, as well as rescue and evacuation.
