Frasers Property (Thailand) PCL ("the Company"), previously knowed as Ticon Industrial Connection PCL, tapped the bond market in Thailand with outstanding issuance of THB 28,300 million debentures (as of March 31, 2021) with tenors ranging from 2 years to 10 years mainly used for refinancing , business expansion and working capital.
The company has completed 2-time issuances of debenture totaling THB15,000 million in fiscal year 2562 (1 October 2561- 30 September 2562).
The issuance of debentures No.1/2562 includes 4 series of debentures issued on 15 February 2562 for a total of THB5,000 million with a maturity of 2, 3, 5 and 10 years with a fixed interest rate at 2.61%, 2.91%, 3.36% and 3.80% per annum, respecively, offering to institutional investors and/or high net worth investors.
The issuance of debentures No.2/2562 issued in includes 2 series of debentures issued on 9 May 2562 for a total of THB10,000 million with a maturity of 2 and 3 years with a fixed interest rate at 2.80% and 3.00% per annum, respecively, offering to institutional investors.
