Annual Seminar for Company Personnel

“The company conducts an orientation for all new employees each year, during which it presents its corporate governance policies, ethics, business conduct code, anti-corruption policies, and whistleblowing and complaint procedures. This orientation aims to ensure that employees understand these policies’ significance, roles and responsibilities, and adhere to them correctly. Additionally, all employees are required to complete an online business ethics training. After completing the training, employees must pass a knowledge assessment with a score of no less than 80% to demonstrate their understanding.”

Additionally, the company has regularly organized annual seminars to review knowledge and understanding of their roles and responsibilities according to good corporate governance principles and business ethics. This includes being a member of the 'Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption: CAC'. The company also organizes activities or communications on ESG issues to provide knowledge on topics covered by the company's good governance policy. The company has also released videos that employees can watch through the company's Intranet system. The company believes this will help raise awareness and identify risks and opportunities for corruption in operational processes, thereby fostering within the company.
