Sustainability report

The Company has been preparing the annual sustainability report, in order to disclose the information of the Company’s management processes and its business performance in areas of the economy, social, environment, and governance that are key issues of the Company and all stakeholders. This report has been prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative Standards (GRI Standards), at the core option level, including the corporate strategy in response to the United Nations: Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Green certified buildings in the portfolio

To align with the Group’s sustainability goals, the Company applies local and international green building standards to all new project developments (100%). The Company also prioritizes the renovation of existing assets in accordance with green building standards to reduce potential environmental and social impacts and create long-term value for stakeholders, particularly surrounding communities, customers, and tenants.
