BANGKOK - 21 APRIL 2021

Golden Ventures Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (“GVREIT”) under the management of Frasers Property Commercial Asset Management (Thailand) Company Limited (“FPCAMT”), a REIT manager, and Frasers Property Commercial (Thailand), the leading Grade A commercial property developer in Bangkok's CBD, continue their waste sorting campaign known as “Trash to Give” project to take responsibility in reducing environmental impacts.

A report shows that a Thai person produces approximately 56.8 kilograms of waste per year, only 73% of which is managed by recycling, incineration, or landfill whilst the rest has not been treated. It encourages pre-collections waste sorting for the recycling process. Sorting garbage bins for organic waste, general waste, PET plastic bottles, glass bottles and aluminum cans are provided at Park Ventures Ecoplex and Sathorn Square. Over one ton of sorted materials combined of plastic bottles, glass bottles and aluminum cans were collected and sold to a recycling factory. The project organizer doubled the money made from selling the waste for a donation to an environmental protection organization.
