Frasers Property Commercial (Thailand) or “FPCT”, a leading Grade A commercial real estate company focused on Bangkok’s CBD, in collaboration with Frasers Property Commercial Asset Management (Thailand) Company Limited (“FPCAMT”) have launched a “Tips for Trash” campaign to tackle waste management at Park Ventures, Sathorn Square, FYI Center, Mitrtown Office Tower and Silom Edge with the aim to increase awareness of the importance of effective waste segregation and recycling more to reduce landfill waste. The campaign features educational boards and materials that highlight the positive environmental impact of recycling and provide guidance on proper waste segregation, as well as a recycling process for the five categories of recyclable trash: PET plastic bottles, aluminium cans, glass bottles, rigid plastics, and flexible plastics.

As part of “Tips for Trash”, FPCT and FPCAMT have also installed special recycling bins in the lobbies of participating buildings. These bins are designated for collecting cleaned and dried plastic bottle caps from tenants and occupiers. The caps will then be repurposed into classroom chairs and tables for schools in rural areas. As part of the program, participants will have the chance to earn a cash voucher for every 20 bottle caps donated. This voucher can be redeemed for a complimentary beverage of their choice when they bring along their personal reusable cup.

By encouraging small behavioural changes to increase recycling, the "Tips for Trash" campaign aims to highlight the important role that every individual within society can play in environmental preservation and mitigating waste. This aligns with Frasers Property Thailand's planet dimension from FPT Next 2025 roadmap which focuses on creating places that inspire experiences for all in a sustainable way.

In addition to the "Tips for Trash" initiative, which focuses on environmental impact, FPCT and FPCAMT are engaged in partnerships with various organizations to further enhance societal well-being. Through collaboration with Thailand Post, they have established donation boxes for used paper products within the buildings, with the aim of repurposing the collected paper into equipment for individuals with disabilities. Furthermore, in conjunction with Uniqlo Thailand, they have set up a donation drive for used winter clothing. The accumulated clothing will be sent to those less fortunate in the northern region of Thailand during the winter season.
