Frasers Property Commercial (Thailand) or “FPCT” announced its success in developing sustainable office buildings certified to international standards. Its commercial building FYI Center has been recognized by the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) for MEA Energy Awards 2021. With this accolade, FPCT has garnered a total of 15 awards and environmental standards from national and international platforms over 10 years. Aligned with Frasers Property Group’s goal to achieve net-zero carbon by 2050, FPCT has incorporated sustainability into the entire value chain, ranging from the design, development to the operations of its office buildings, and ensuring that they comply with international standards.
