Selected as a sustainable stock in Thailand Sustainability Investment (THSI) list reflects the company's ability to achieve significant development in environmental and social data disclosure, e.g., environmental management policies, targets, performance data in part of environmental management, and treatments of employee, communities, and society through business processes, etc. Moreover, Frasers Property Thailand is a company that places a focus on climate management by assessing and managing risks and contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
The company has been assessed and rated for sustainability by GRESB, achieving the A-level rating this year for its sustainability disclosures, which is higher than the global average of other companies and peers within the same industry with the second highest score for the sustainability disclosures among the countries of Southeast Asia in the category of Real Estate Company – Other. It has also received a GRESB Green Star in the category of Standing Investments, demonstrating it as an organization that efficiently integrates the sustainability principles in the business operations.
Besides, FPT has also been assessed on corporate governance by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) to the sponsorship of the Stock Exchange of Thailand and achieved the 5-star rating of "Excellent" for 2022, which is the highest level ever given by the Stock Exchange.
