'Silom Edge' mixed-use project for New Gen business attracts start-ups and famous brands to prime office and retail space

BANGKOK, 17 MAY 2022

Frasers Property (Thailand) or FPT is set to launch Silom Edge, its newest mixed-use development with an investment capital of over 1.8 billion baht, in September 2022. Located in the heart of Bangkok’s Central Business District (CBD), Silom Edge offers office and retail space for new-generation (New Gen) businesses, catering to the various needs of urbanites.

FPT has envisaged Silom Edge, also its first redevelopment project, to be Bangkok’s first sandbox community. Taking on the theme “BE DIFFERENT. BE CONNECTED”, it will offer a platform for start-ups, digital entrepreneurs and technology firms to engage, learn and exchange insights.

Two out of four floors of retail zone will open from 11am to midnight, while a dedicated special zone for restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies and vending machines selling quality products will open for 24 hours.
