For the fourth consecutive year at Sustainability Expo 2023 (SX2023), ASEAN's largest sustainability exhibition, Frasers Property was highlighting its initiatives at the ‘Better Community’ zone with the theme of ‘Innovation for a Better Community’. Frasers Property is committed to achieving net-zero carbon by 2050 and partnering with its value chain to foster a more sustainable future.
At the event, Frasers Property was showcasing sustainable real estate through three key segments featuring nine prominent multinational Frasers Property developments, across asset classes, to offer valuable insights into world-class real estate sustainability management. Showcasing roadmaps and goals to reduce greenhouse gas emissions among three affiliated segments: residential, industrial, and commercial. At One Bangkok Immersive Pavilion, the participants can explore the journey of One Bangkok which aims to be the first project in Thailand to receive the highest certified LEED platinum for Neighbourhood Development, and the WELL Building Standard for health and well-being of all occupants in our office buildings.
